BarbaraYOUNGIn North Manchester General Hospital on Sunday 13th February, aged 70 years young, with her family by her side. Beloved and Eternal Wife and Best Friend of Richard; Dearly loved Mum of Nicola and Gareth; Darling Nana of Hannah and Isabella; Best Friend of Eve, Grace, Sharon, Victoria and William; Dear Daughter of the late Dennis and Marjorie; Sister of Duncan, David and the late Helen and Malcolm; Mother-in-Law of Charles; Sister-in-Law of Gail; Aunt of Laura, Amanda, Kristy-Jo, Natalie, Samantha and David and good friend to many. A warm, loving and Darling Lady with a lovely, vibrant and strong-willed personality she will be dearly missed by all her deeply shocked and saddened family and friends. Funeral service at St Matthew's Church, Stretford at 1pm on Wednesday 6th April, followed by interment at Stretford Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to Royal National Lifeboat Institution in memory of her Brother Malcolm who was lost at sea. Barbara was the strongest woman I knew. Despite the issues Gareth and I always got into she always welcomed me and loved me. Both Barbara and Rick were a shining example to me on how to behave. Lol, I didn’t always do it but I always knew the baseline by the 2 warmest people I ever met. Miss you both xxx
