MaureenYOUNGMAUREENANNYOUNGMAUREENANN On Wednesday 20th May, Maureen died in the presence of her sisters, nieces, nephews and friend, her long battle valiantly fought with dignity finally sadly lost. Maureen's family and friend would like especially to thank G.P's, district nurses and staff of Dalmellington Health Centre for their support and care. Thanks to doctors and nurses of St 2 Ayr Hospital for their care given to Maureen and those attending in the final days of her illness, also those in the Oncology Department of Crosshouse Hospital. Thank you to Samuel Kerr funeral director and Hugh Hill for his celebration of Maureen's life, all family, friends and colleagues attending Masonhill. Maureen was unable to benefit from the planned care of The Ayrshire Hospice but all donations from the service will be sent to them. Death is only a short step away and we will be in her shining company once more.
