Cezary RyszardZURAWIELCezary Ryszard Zurawiel (Czak) sadly passed away at the Royal Stoke University Hospital on the 11th July aged 72 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A service to celebrate his life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Thursday 8th August at 12.30pm. All donations in Czaks memory will help to support the work and research of the Peaches Womb Cancer Trust.
