I have known my cousin John from his early days in Kidderminster right through his time in Bishops Cleeve. He was always an important part of the family and I still have a photo of him on my desk in a family group taken at a picnic in the early 1950's. My recent recollections were when Liz and i dropped in in Bishops Cleeve on our way back from a visits to the Wye Valley and sampled his generous hospitality. Sadly my own health will not let me attend the funeral, but I send my sincere condolences to his friends and family.
