Peacefully passed away at home. Fun and loving mum of Susan, Gillian, John and Joanne, in-laws, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Will be cherished and deeply missed by all who knew her and will be forever in our hearts.

A private cremation will be held in accordance with Pam's wishes.
