HazelSCOTT(Ellington) Peacefully on 15th September 2023, aged 72 years.

Hazel, dearly loved wife of Ray, loving mam of Jonathan & the late Paul. Proud gran of Abigail, Daniel, Molly & Ethan. She was also a dear sister of Rose, Joyce, Tine, Eleanor & the late June.

Please meet for funeral service at St Bartholomew's Church, Cresswell, on Friday 6th October at 11:00am, followed by cremation at Northumberland Crematorium, Felton at 12:30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be collected for The Mind Charity.

Afterwards all welcome to join the family at Ellington Social Welfare Centre for refreshments.
