Special thanks to all the Nurses on the M.N.D. Team at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital for their care of Roly. A big thank you to Pauline and Mo at Waltham Funeral Service for their care of the family at this sad time and Brian for his attention to detail and finally to Anthony Spitterler for his comforting service.
