Devoted husband to Janet, dearly loved father to Victoria, Melissa and Edward, step-father of Lisa and Jonathan, grandad to Charlie, Hattie, Joshua, Lucy, Zac and step-grandad to Hannah and Erin. Funeral to take place at Gedling Crematorium on Tuesday 13th December at 10:00. No flowers please but donations, if so desired will be gratefully received for Leukaemia Care. Dad will be much missed. Ever the eccentric polymath, he was an active member of the Thoroton Society and Bromley House Library. His passion for history, ancient Greek and Roman mythology, the weather, sundials and mass dials, clocks and of course his membership of the cloud appreciation society will live on through his family and the lives of all those lucky enough to have known him.
