Sylvia AnnYOUNG(Pat) (Nee Aithwaite) Born 1934 - Died 2017 A loving Wife of the late George, Mum, Nana and Great-Nana. Deep in our hearts a memory is kept of one we loved and shall never forget. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday January 17th at 1.15pm in St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Donations if so desired to Teesside Hospice.
