Funeral service at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel on Friday 29th September at 4.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Alzheimer's Society, 16 Columbus Way, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4BY.
