JamesBLACKADDERIt is with deepest sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of James Gordon Blackadder (Jim) aged 76 years at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on 19th January 2023. Beloved husband of Elizabeth for 54 years. Much loved father of Neil and proud grandpa of James, Jack and Harry. Sibling of Louisa, Will and the late Nan. Formerly of Torphichen and more recently of Ellon, Aberdeenshire. A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Monday 13th February 2023, at Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes, Banchory, Aberdeenshire, AB31 5JL at 1pm. Family flowers only please. Formal mourning dress/black ties are not required. Donations towards establishing an annual bursary to be given to a promising engineering apprentice to buy tools may be given, if desired, at the crematorium door. Forever in our hearts.
