Today is Gary's birthday he would have been 70 years of age. I feel sad he is not with me as I would have arranged a surprise 70th birthday party for him, with all our friends in Carluke invited. I still think of him frequently, (loved ones who have passed away, always pop into your thoughts). Thus they are never forgotten.

Tricia Gary's loving partner.

I was in Hamilton today shopping. Whilst I was there I decide to visit Gary's grave. The dozen red roses I laid on his grave on 15th September were still there. However I felt saddened that there was no other flowers there apart from mine. I also visited his parents grave and also no flowers apart from the ones I left on the 15th September. No matter Gary knows that I miss him still to this day.

It will be 7 years ago tomorrow that Gary passed away at home with me by his side." My how time flies". I think of him daily and during his short illness how courageous he was when there was no hope of a cure. Gary got his wish. On the 14th September, 2016 we retired for the night and he passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of the 15th. I will visit his grave tomorrow and lay fresh flowers. I visit his grave frequently and as always let him know how I am getting on. Gary remains in my heart and thoughts.

Tricia. Gary's loving partner.
