Special thanks to all the Nursing Staff on Ward 9, Room 6, Fazakerley Hospital for the never ending attention they gave to Tom and their kindness to us, Billy, Kath and Helen for their help, also Pauline and Staff of Peter Coyne Undertakers, Stanley Road.
