It was sad to hear of the passing of our dear friend, Leila.
Leila helped us out in so many ways throughout the years we knew her. During the many amateur dramatic shows we were together, she tirelessly made props and served teas and coffees for all the cast. We lived in the old Ilfracombe vicarage and she helped cut down brambles in the garden, a thankless job at the best of times. As the friendship grew, she baked our 8 tier wedding cake. We held many royal tea parties and she attended and contributed to everyone.
Leila will be remembered as the most generous and beautiful soul.
