C.C. James Funeral Services are completely independent funeral directors, established in 1972 in the Hay-on-Wye area, who have provided the highest standard of care for 46 years. We have many years experience in serving all faiths within the local community and, because we appreciate the difficulties of bereavement, we aim to provide a personal twenty-four hour service, three hundred and sixty five days a year.
We understand that losing a loved one is traumatic and difficult and appreciate the great need for honest and reliable guidance at such a time. We are here to guide you through each step, including helping you deal with all the formalities and legal requirements, while executing your personal wishes for the actual funeral.
Usually the funeral arrangements are discussed in your own home, where people feel comfortable and at ease. However, if preferred, relatives and friends can come to our premises where they are guaranteed a warm, relaxed reception in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. We have every facility required to provide the highest standards of care and service.
