She and her family work at Emma Bouston Funeral Services. Emma qualified as a Funeral Director, gaining her diploma in Funeral Directing in 1999, aged 19 years old. She then went on to qualify as a Cremator Technician, working for many years at Worcester Crematorium. Emma spent 11 years working as Funeral Director and latterly Principal Funeral Director at Handley & Hawcutt Funeral Directors in Ledbury & Bromyard who are now part of the Co-operative Funeralcare Group.
