I opened 'Barry Whalen: Funeral Directors', in July, 2013, taking forward my own personal commitment and passion for the profession, with a view to serving the local community and beyond.
Over the past nine years, I have been entrusted by many families, to arrange and conduct the funerals of their loved ones. I am therefore very proud of my personal reputation within the funeral profession and pride myself in providing that personal touch - stretching far beyond the call of duty.
My promise is to provide a twenty-four hour, genuine, caring and professional service, taking care of you and your loved one - with the utmost sincerity, dignity and respect. I will ensure full attention to every detail - reassuring you that all aspects of the funeral arrangements, are in safe hands.
Having achieved an Advanced Diploma in Funeral Directing Certificate, I was accepted into the membership of 'The National Association of Funeral Directors', known within the profession as the 'NAFD'.
