Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to answer any questions or queries over the phone, attendance at a death or to take a loved one to be cared for at our chapel of rest. Alternatively we are available to meet with you and your family at any of our three offices or at your family home.
Our three offices are always available, with our Nantwich Office open to walk in during the day (9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday) and any other time by appointment. Also our premises and Chapel of Rest at Wells Green, Wistaston and Audlem Office are available to visit at any time day or night by appointment.
Based on our experience we are able to offer detailed information and advice regarding funeral arrangements and what to do in the event of a death.
As a company we are here to assist and guide you every step of the way through the arrangement process, and individually tailor a funeral service based on yours and your relatives wishes. This can include organising a time & day for the service to take place, booking a church or crematorium chapel service followed by a burial or cremation as the family wishes, providing a religious minister or non religious celebrant if required, and also organising funeral cars for the day, arranging floral tributes, visits to our private Chapel of Rest, organising headstones, memorial plots and the return of ashes to the family or internment in a chosen place.
The areas mentioned above are only a small number of the services we can offer and assist with, anything other than those already noted we will try our utmost to fulfil to help the family through this hard and emotional time.
