Cora AnnHAGAN(nee Gloag) who has died aged (never ask a lady her age) after a short illness, was the wife of Roderick Hagan and mother of Nikki. A well-read lady, she could always be relied upon to put her hand on whichever book was needed for a given discussion around a thoroughly provisioned dining room table. Known for her elastic-sided house, many people passed through her doors during their formative years and remember those times fondly. A P.A. at EASAMS she taught her daughter the importance of the gatekeeper, a lesson still in use to this day. Retiring prior to the death of her husband, she filled her days delivering meals on wheels, attending U3A courses and many coach holidays abroad exploring battlefields of the wars. A strong-willed independent person to the end, she died as she had lived, on her own terms. She will be forever in our hearts.
