Died peacefully 30th March 2025, at Nottingham City Hospital.
Free from pain and re-united with close family.
Will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 6th May 2025 at Wilford Hill Crematorium at 2pm.
Donations if desired to Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and Haematology at Nottingham City Hospital may be left in the donations box on the day.
