JimSYKESThe family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their expressions of sympathy and flowers following the sad loss of Jim. Thank you to all those in attendance at the service and to Ann Thelwell (celebrant) for a lovely service. Thank you to all staff on Ward 44 RVI for the excellent care given to Jim. Thank you to the funeral directors at Co-op North Shields for their help and advice with funeral arrangements. Finally thank you to everyone for the generous donations which amounted to £545 in aid of Dementia UK. It is much appreciated.
