Mary RuthSARHANDIDaughter of Major Amos Williams and Mildred Williams of Swanage, Dorset. Born in Allahabad, India, former student of Urdu and Classical Persian, graduated at SOAS University of London. She was a teacher at Petherton Road, Deputy Head teacher at Waycroft Infant's school, Head teacher at Chandag Road Infant's school.
Passed away peacefully at Meadowcare, Redland, Bristol on the 12th July 2018 aged 80 years.
Will be deeply missed by her children Sarah and Daoud, granddaughters Zafirah and Hannah, and sister Hilary.
Funeral service will be held at Canford Crematorium on Monday 30th July 2018 at 3.45pm.
