Gordon was a kind, generous, funny, charming and sociable man. He adored his family, lived life well and enjoyed spending time with his many friends and colleagues.
Gordon worked for the Open University for 40 years and remained passionate about widening educational opportunities throughout his life.
Gordon had a huge personality and leaves an enormous vacuum behind him. He is greatly missed and is thought of and remembered with love each and every day.
