Service to take place in the Bluebell Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Wednesday November 4th at 12:30pm.
Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to Great Ormond Street Hospital. A donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
