Sally Elizabeth D'ArcyTHOMASTHOMAS Sally Elizabeth D'Arcy (nee Pratt) Passed away peacefully aged 67 at Morriston Hospital on 22nd February after a short illness.
Much loved wife of the late Michael Thomas, loving mother to Faith, Oliver and Harry and grandma to Alyssa and Dylan. Beloved daughter of the late Win and Milton Pratt and sister to Katie.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at Awel-y-Mor Care Centre for all their love and care of Sally.
A service will be held at Ty-Hedd Funeral Home on Wednesday 9th April at 11:00am.
