AudreyHAMMONDPeacefully at rest on Friday 29th May at Adlington Manor Care Home with her loving daughter by her side, Audrey aged 89 years of Wolstanton.

The devoted wife of the late Jim, treasured mum of Janet and the late Karen and a loving nanny of Emma, Aimee, Andy, Beth & Will.

Audrey will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her loving family, friends and all that knew her.

Funeral service to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Thursday 18th June at 12pm.

Family flowers only, donations much appreciated to The Alzheimer's Society.
