Patrick will be sadly missed by all his family and friend. Resting at Roy Larcombe, 56/58 Carlisle St, Splott until the funeral service at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel on Monday April 4 at 3.30pm. Floral tributes may be sent to the funeral home.
