Cynthia Bates aged 81 years, the dearly loved wife of the late Malcolm, the much loved mum of David, mother-in-law and friend of June, and a dear grandma of Oliver and Oscar.
Will friends please meet for service at Huddersfield Crematorium at 1:15pm on Monday 29th June.
Family flowers only by request. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society for which a donation plate will be provided at the service.
