Hazel, beloved wife of the late Raymond, much loved mother of Michael and the late Martin, mother-in-law of Frances, loving sister of Sylvia. Adored grandma of Rhiannon and David, and their partners Mike and Maxine, great-grandmother of Sonny, Wilco, Freya and Edwin, and aunt to Mark and Richard.
Hazel will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service at Kingdom Hall, Uplands, Swansea on Monday 30th June at 1:45pm. Followed by cremation at Swansea Crematorium, 3pm.
