Hardie -Budden Mbe PhdMELISSASocial Historian, Author, Publisher Founder of The Hypatia Trust Texas born. Adopted daughter of Penzance. Precious wife of Phil Budden, mother of Skye and Allegra and caring stepmother of Rachel, Clare and Joanna. Melissa died peacefully in the Royal Cornwall Hospital with family beside her on 5th July 2022. In accordance with her wishes there will be no funeral service and her cremation will be private. Melissa will make her final journey down her beloved Chapel Street on Wednesday 20th July at 10.30 am. Please come and join us on the pavements to say a farewell to Melissa, wearing bright colours.
