Peacefully at Holywell Community Hospital aged 80 years and of Seymour Drive, Rhuddlan, formerly of Holywell.
Beloved wife of Ron, much loved mum of Claire and the late Ian and treasured nanna of Rhys.
She will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral Service will be held at St. James' Church, Holywell on Thursday, 5th June at 2:00pm, followed by interment at Holywell Town Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations towards Cancer Research UK in memory of Pat would be appreciated.
