Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 8th April at 2.15pm at St Mary Magdalene Church, Keyworth, NG12 5JT.
Followed by the committal at Rushcliffe Oaks Crematorium at 3.45pm.
The family would like to invite everyone to join them after the service at the Nottinghamshire Golf Club, NG12 3HB.
