Esme PhilomenaHARCOURTOn April 25th, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side.

The beloved wife of the late Denis, loving mother of Lynette and Michael, dear Mother-in-law of Geoff, also a much loved Nana of Sarah, Paul and Gavin and proud Great-grandmother of Jessie, Declan, Ben and Olivia.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church, Nunthorpe on Thursday May 15th at 12.45pm followed by the committal at Teesside Crematorium.

Family Flowers only please, donations in Lieu to Teesside Hospice.
