Peacefully at home after a short illness surround by his loving family and friends on April 9th 2016, aged 65 years, Terence (Terry), devoted husband of Carol (nee Wells), dearly loved dad of Gary and Donna, loved father-in-law of Sarah and Paul, adored grandad of Chloe, Bethan Grace, Millie, Isabel and the bump, cherished brother of Maureen and brother-in-law Len. Friends please meet for Service at St. Lukes Church, Hebburn on Wednesday 20th April at 1.45pm, prior to interment in Hebburn Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Alzheimer's and Macmillan Nurses. Please no Lily's. A collection will take place after the service.
