AdamTELFORD(Fellgate,Jarrow) Suddenly on 29th September 2016, aged 44 years, Adam. Much loved son of Katie and Bill. Loving brother of Nicola and Paul, loving husband of Lisa, devoted and cherished dad of Addison and Max, loved grandson of Maudie and Billy. Funeral service to take place at St James RC Church Hebburn on Wednesday 12th October at 10.15am, followed by interment in Hebburn Cemetery at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, donations may be left after the service for a charity of the familys' choice. Adam will rest with Co-op Funeralcare, Albert Road, Jarrow. Afterwards, all welcome back to the The Little Haven, South Shields.
