Jason MarkPATTONIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jay at his home, aged 56 years. Devoted husband to Joanne, dearly loved son to Cynthia, much loved dad to Izzy and Sam, dear brother to Melanie a loving stepbrother, father in law, uncle and nephew who will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
A small private final farewell service will be held and a celebration of Jay's life will be announced at a later date for all who wish to remember him with us.
"We will love him always and miss him forever."
