Erin Jackson, adoring mother of Richard, James and the late Peter, darling Naina of Siân, Patrick and Rhiannon and fond mother-in-law of Gwyneth and Eileen. Mary and my mother, Eira, who was Erin’s cousin, were great friends for many years and enjoyed long phone conversations since they were able to see each other in person, due to the distance and ill health. I too have fond memories of Mary. She was a lovely warm person and I’m sure will be greatly missed by her children and grandchildren.
