Peacefully at Southern House Nursing Home, Abergele aged 78 years and of The Crescent, Rhyl.
Loving wife of John, much loved mum of Michael and the late Tracey, dear mother-in-law of Lesley and a cherished nan and great nan.
Funeral Service will be held at the Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph on Tuesday, 28th January at 3:00pm
No flowers please, but if desired, donations in memory of Thelma will be gratefully accepted towards Alzheimer's Research
