Matthew David AlanJACKPassed peacefully away Sunday 4th of May, aged 91 years. Beloved Husband to the Late Hilary Mary Anne Jack, Father and Grandfather.

Matthew's funeral service will be held at Loughborough Crematorium on the 3rd of June at 13:15pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Dementia and Alzheimer's.
