Stephen MoelwynJONESSadly passed away on 22nd July aged 68. Much loved by his family and friends, he will be greatly missed. Funeral service to be held at James Summers, Roath Court Funeral Home, Newport Road, Cardiff on Thursday 1st August at 1pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired, for Ward B2 Vascular at UHW. Stephen requested that those attending wear yellow.
