Peacefully in hospital, aged 63 years of Ffordd Pennant, Maes Pennant, Mostyn.
Beloved partner of Steph, loving dad of Daniel and the late John. A dear father-in-law and treasured taid and great taid who will be dearly missed.
Funeral Service will be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph on Tuesday, 4th August at 3:00pm.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations in memory of Carl will be gratefully received towards the Renal Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital via the offertory box at the Crematorium.
