Uncle Willy, or Cousin Billy as very affectionately known to Joan, Jean and Betty Stephen was a much loved member of the family Admired for his long career in the Police and his affection for his cousins he almost became a legend so that when I needed help, he and his wife Cathy were.the people I turned to, thankfully.
