John EdwardSMITHsadly passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital on the 4th March aged 75 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A service to celebrate his life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Wednesday 29th March at 1.30pm. Family flowers only but any donations in John's memory will help to support the work of British Heart Foundation.
