Devoted and loving husband of Elaine, beloved father of Karen, Ian, Jayne and Joanne, dear father-in-law of Nigel, Bethan, Nick and Andy, cherished and adored grandfather of Hannah, Steffan, Sophie, Sian, Carys and Beth and a much loved brother of Moira, Meryl and the late Janice. Jeff will be dearly missed by all his loving family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
