You were an amazing gran to me. The memories that I have of the time we spent together are vast. You were always there when we were growing up and there to listen to us. You used to pick us up from junior school on a Friday when we were little, our favourite meal was always your fish fingers and homemade crinkle chips, no other chips will ever compare. You would always treat us to some sweets on the way home and I still have a wrapper to this day that I look at regularly to remind me of how good a gran (we called you grandma at that time) you were to us. Holidays in Spain and the Yorkshire Pudding you made that we used as a frisbee is another stand out memory, how we laughed. Baking, holidaying together and creating memories you were always the best gran in the world and I will always love you. I am really sad that I was not able to see you to say goodbye, I know that you are happy with grandad now and that he will look after you and keep you safe. God Bless and thank you for being you xxxx Nicola
