Gwyn IvorEVANSPenrhiwceiber 1920 - 2015 Passed away peacefully and quietly in Cwm Cynon Hospital on Thursday Nov 5 at 95 years of age, a faithful Deacon and Secretary of Carmel Chapel, Penrhiwceiber; devoted husband and best friend of Tegwen Eluned, loving father of Dwynwen and Meirion, father-in-law of Robin and Karen, proud grandfather of Carys, Simon, Gareth, Carys, Daniel, Josh and Dylan and 'Grandcu of Dylan and Gethin. Public service on Tuesday Nov 17 in Carmel Chapel, Penrhiwceiber at 11.45am, followed by cremation at Llwydcoed Crematorium, Aberdare at 1.30pm. Immediate family flowers only but donations in lieu, if so desired, to Cancer Research and Carmel Chapel c/o T Teify Davies, Funeral Directors, 211 Penrhiwceiber Rd, Miskin, Mountain Ash. CF45 3UN. A warm welcome is extended to all to join the family for refreshments at Mountain Ash Bowls Club from 2.15pm.
