A much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad who will be deeply missed.

A service will be held in the Birch Hall, Lelley Fields Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd July at 10.30am.

No flowers please by request, donations for Dementia UK & The Alzheimer's Society may be left at the service.
