Jack FrederickBRITTONJack was Principle Physiotherapy Tutor at the Bristol School of Physiotherapy. He passed away suddenly at Southmead Hospital aged 92. Jack will be sadly missed by his wife Joan of 68 years and son Mark. He joins his daughter Sarah who passed in 2013. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 23rd May, 1.00 pm at Westerleigh Crematorium, Woodland Chapel. Donations in lieu of flowers will be in aid of Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary.
