PeterFORDSadly, Peter Ford, died on 17th July. He would have been 87 years old on 10th August. Peter was a professional footballer with the two local clubs. He was also a plumber and excellent at his trade. Peter was the oldest of 4 boys and 2 girls. As his youngest brother, I could not have wished for a better role model. Peter introduced me to modern jazz, a genre we continued to enjoy throughout our lives. Peter was a proud unassuming man, lovely in his ways and manner. He will be sadly missed by the Ford family.
