Michael PatrickCONCANNONPassed away in Ireland on the 9th August 2014 aged 57 years. To be received into St Margaret Mary RC Church on Tuesday 2nd September at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday 3rd September at 11.00am followed by committal at Oscott College Cemetery. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
